Harriet Hodgson
A freelancer for more than 35 years, Harriet Hodgson is the author of 31 published books, and hundreds of print and Internet articles. All of her writing comes from life experience and her recent work focuses on loss, grief and grief recovery.
Hodgson is a Forum Editor and contributing writer for the Open to Hope Foundation website. She is Assistant Editor of “ADEC Connects,” the electronic newsletter of the Association for Death Education and Counseling. In addition, Hodgson is a columnist for the new “Caregiving in America” magazine.
A popular speaker, Hodgson has appeared on more than 160 talk shows, including CBS Radio, and dozens of television stations, including CNN. Her work is cited in Who’s Who of American Women, World Who’s Who of Women, Contemporary Authors, and other directories. Hodgson lives in Rochester, MN with her husband and twin grandchildren.
